Job Description

The L&D Technology Administrator manages Learning Management Systems (LMS), integrates new educational technologies, and provides technical support for online and virtual training programs to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Integrate new technologies and digital tools into the L&D framework
  • Provide technical support and guidance for online and virtual training programs
  • Collaborate with L&D team members to develop and implement technology-enhanced learning solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to L&D programs and platforms
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in educational technology and e-learning solutions
  • Assist in the evaluation of digital learning tools and platforms for potential adoption
  • Develop and maintain documentation and user guides for L&D technologies
  • Train L&D team members and learners on the effective use of technology in learning
  • Facilitate communication between technology vendors and the L&D team

Requirements

  • Background in Learning & Development Administration
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies
  • Competency in e-learning tools and LMS platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating learning program effectiveness
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills
