The L&D Technology Administrator manages Learning Management Systems (LMS), integrates new educational technologies, and provides technical support for online and virtual training programs to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Manage and support the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS)
Integrate new technologies and digital tools into the L&D framework
Provide technical support and guidance for online and virtual training programs
Collaborate with L&D team members to develop and implement technology-enhanced learning solutions
Troubleshoot technical issues related to L&D programs and platforms
Stay informed about the latest trends in educational technology and e-learning solutions
Assist in the evaluation of digital learning tools and platforms for potential adoption
Develop and maintain documentation and user guides for L&D technologies
Train L&D team members and learners on the effective use of technology in learning
Facilitate communication between technology vendors and the L&D team
Requirements
Background in Learning & Development Administration
Experience with instructional design methodologies
Competency in e-learning tools and LMS platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Strong analytical skills for evaluating learning program effectiveness
Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills
