Job Description

Raft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support the execution of the AF TENCAP HOPE 2.0 contract. This role focuses on program execution, acquisition strategy, and partner coordination, requiring a deep understanding of DoD acquisition processes and the ability to resolve obstacles proactively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Raft’s on-site lead interface with the prime contractor and government stakeholders
• Provide guidance and oversight on government acquisition processes
• Monitor contract execution against performance objectives
• Ensure all program deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements are met
• Support the preparation and delivery of documentation, briefings, and project updates
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and mission focus
• Assist with shaping future task orders and business development activities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting DoD programs
• Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and GSA AAS procurement mechanisms
• Strong background in contract oversight, project management, and performance reporting
• Demonstrated experience working with or for prime contractors
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication, briefing, and coordination skills
