Zscaler is seeking a Principal Software Development Engineer to join their Platform Engineering team, responsible for establishing coding standards, analyzing workload demands, and providing guidance to junior engineers. The role is remote within the USA.

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine coding standards and best practices for platform services
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to analyze workload demands
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale production environments
• Proven expertise in Go
• Understanding of complex system architectures
• U.S. citizenship is required
