Job Description

Motive seeks a data-driven finance professional to join the FP&A team, providing financial insights to drive growth and efficiency within the Marketing organization, with exposure to C-level leadership and shaping financial strategy for a rapidly growing SaaS business.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial processes, including variance analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes
• Analyze trends in marketing financial & operational data
• Create, maintain, and review financial models
• Build, maintain, and assist with delivering management reporting
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning
• Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements and automation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role within Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a related field
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics
• Background in high-growth SaaS or technology companies is a strong plus
• Excellent modeling and forecasting skills
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver results
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and adaptability
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, and Pigment is a plus
