Job Description

As the Product Marketer for Equipment Monitoring at Motive, you will own the go-to-market strategy for this product line. This role is critical in positioning Motive as the industry leader in asset tracking and telematics for commercial equipment, ensuring our solutions are effectively communicated to businesses that operate fleets and equipment owners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for Equipment Monitoring products
  • Drive product launches and feature releases
  • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Build understanding of industry trends, pain points, and buyer personas
  • Identify opportunities to sell Equipment Monitoring as part of marketing campaigns
  • Leverage data and customer insights to refine messaging, pricing, and product strategy
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials
  • Collaborate with demand generation and content marketing teams
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
  • Work closely with Product Managers to influence roadmap decisions
  • Collaborate with channel and partnership teams to develop co-marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing, preferably within tech or SaaS industries
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into clear, compelling customer benefits
  • Proven track record in driving GTM strategies, messaging, and sales enablement
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Agile and able to adapt quickly to shifting market dynamics
