Job Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Lead to manage every step of the deployment process for their Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) team, from site survey to testing, installation, training, and sustainment. The role requires meticulousness, resourcefulness, detailed-orientation, and strong judgment in high-pressure situations. The Deployment Lead will also build relationships with customers, users, and internal teams, develop a deep knowledge of customer mission requirements, and become a subject matter expert on Anduril's CUAS Family of Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Project planning and execution of complex hardware movements and site installations
  • Site sustainment operations including Tier 1 troubleshooting, user engagements, issue resolution, reporting, and working with data
  • Communicating plans and timelines to customers and internal teams
  • Leading cross-functional/integrated program teams to deliver capability
  • Managing customer and stakeholder expectations and relationships
  • Supporting large DoD Program of requirements and submitting accurate and timely information on deadline

Requirements

  • Advanced degree or 4+ years experience in a technical field
  • Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies
  • Proven customer-facing program management and/or systems engineering experience, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domain
  • Proven experience leading a team of peers to field hardware or software products to real operating environments
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the year
  • Experience leading tech-enabled teams and building a culture of influence through relationships
  • Ability to bring innovative solutions for strategic impact to challenging issues
  • Effectiveness in coordinating cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
  • Proven ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate processes relating to project management and customer relationship building
  • Strong listening, consolidating, interpreting, and communicating skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, energy, and relentless curiosity
