Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to exceed daily sales goals and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Educate customers and staff on brand values (e.g., animal testing, ethical sourcing).
• Increase product knowledge and provide informed product recommendations.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop management and staff teams.
• Coach and develop team members' careers.
• Prioritize shop compliance and ensure staff training on company policies.
• Manage inventory and ordering to ensure product availability.
• Create and execute merchandising plans to improve KPIs.
• Schedule staff to meet peak times and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Manage performance concerns with empathy and create action plans.

Requirements

• 3-5 years managing in a retail environment.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory, and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite.
