Job Description

Noodle is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Practicum Placement Advisor to manage the placement process for online graduate students across the country. This fast-paced, metrics-driven role focuses on securing and vetting placement sites, building relationships, managing logistics, and providing exceptional support to placement partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end placement process for online graduate students
• Research, identify, and establish new clinical placement opportunities
• Collect, review, and ensure site documentation meets university standards
• Strategically match students to placement sites
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach, documentation, and student matching
• Maintain timely placements to ensure student success
• Provide excellent customer service to site partners and internal teams
• Accurately track communications and site information using a CRM
• Identify and escalate barriers to placement and recommend solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or advanced credential preferred
• Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in customer service, student services, workforce development, talent placement, recruitment, or a similarly metrics-driven environment
• Experience working with social service, healthcare, or educational institutions is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Availability during standard business hours
• Strong time management skills
