This is an opportunity to learn about all parts of the growing Mochi Health business. The strategy team is focused on high-impact strategic projects and analysis. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Chief Strategy Officer to identify, structure, and act on the most challenging strategic and operational questions impacting our business.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of competitive positioning
• Assess and develop insights about peer businesses to inform recommendations
• Model the impact of pricing changes
• Optimize supply chain metrics
• Study the potential impact of regulatory changes
• Collect data on industry trends and patterns

Requirements

• Proven ability to analyze problems from base principles
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting/investment banking at a Tier 1 firm
• 1+ years of experience in strategy at a Seed-Series B startup
• Demonstrated experience with the healthcare market in the United States
• Highly structured mindset with a focus on driving outcomes and turning data into actionable insights
• Excellent financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders and manage relationships, deliverables, and timelines with minimal supervision
• Scripting proficiency (SQL queries, Python scripts, Excel models)
• Excellent grasp of statistics
