Job Description

Adyen is seeking a hands-on CDD Risk Analyst to contribute to the growth and scaling of their customer base in North America. The role involves performing enhanced due diligence, reviewing KYC documentation, assessing AML risks, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, risk-aware, and possess strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute KYC and CDD procedures
• Collect and analyze customer information, documenting changes
• Perform KYC checks on merchants, collecting and verifying documentation
• Guide merchants and be the first point of contact for CDD Review matters
• Drive process improvements and feedback on automation
• Be an internal advisor for CDD Review questions
• Align with peers and global teams for consistency

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Customer Due Diligence/Enhanced Due Diligence/KYC
• Knowledge of AML/ATF concepts
• Strong sense of responsibility and prioritization
• Curiosity and ability to think outside the box
• Comfort with ambiguity and navigating unstructured environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical and critical mindset
• Operational orientation and eagerness to drive projects
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time
