Job Description

The Pricing Operations Analyst supports the operational side of pricing, maintaining accuracy, supporting cross-functional workflows, and ensuring new and existing offers are reflected across systems. Collaborating with stakeholders in Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, and the Pricing Strategy team, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented, process-minded individual interested in how pricing fuels growth in a high-velocity business.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update pricing configurations in CPQ and related systems.
  • Support the rollout of new SKUs, bundles, discounts, and promotions.
  • Assist in coordinating the operational launch of pricing changes across systems and teams.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Product, and IT to ensure pricing changes are implemented correctly.
  • Assist in documenting pricing processes, workflows, and operational best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain pricing data accuracy across tools and systems.
  • Track pricing exceptions, approvals, and anomalies.
  • Document pricing implementation requirements, process flow diagrams, and use cases.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries to support pricing governance and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline pricing workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Support projects aimed at improving the scalability and reliability of pricing operations.
  • Help test and validate changes to pricing logic, system configurations, or new SKU launches.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in Pricing Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or related field.
  • Experience with SaaS pricing models, product catalogs, or SKU management.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise B2B Selling model, Pricing/Quote to Cash processes, and different routes to markets (Direct, Partner/Reseller/Distributor).
  • Understanding of best practices with off-the-shelf enterprise CPQ/Quoting systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, SFDC CPQ, and Jira (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Willingness to work towards solutions; internally motivated.
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to process/system changes quickly.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs and Slides).
