Job Description

The Lead Client Growth Manager will be part of InMobi's growing performance team in the Americas region. The role involves owning client relationships, maximizing campaign ROI, leading campaign analysis, tracking revenue and delivery, and achieving quarterly account retention, revenue, and margin goals. Close collaboration with internal teams (traders, ad operations) and external partners (MMPs, DMPs) is essential. The role requires a strategic mindset, proven track record in revenue growth and retention, and experience in programmatic, demand-side advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships to maximize campaign ROI
  • Lead campaign analysis and review
  • Provide consultative guidance to advertisers
  • Track account-wise revenue and delivery priorities
  • Responsible for quarterly account retention, revenue, and margin goals
  • Coordinate with sales team in strategic account planning and execution
  • Partner with internal teams on operational processes and strategic improvements
  • Liaise with third-party partners (MMPs, DMPs)
  • Work with product and engineering teams to become a market expert

Requirements

  • 6+ years overall experience, with at least 2-3 years in programmatic, demand-side advertising
  • Experience working in client-facing roles
  • Experience in performance marketing, with DSPs and/or MMPs
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on revenue growth and retention
  • Proficiency in standard business software (Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Ability to handle multiple clients & campaigns
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work with global teams across time zones
  • Bachelor's degree
