Job Description

Spreetail is hiring a Senior Fulfillment Operations Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day operations at their fulfillment center. This role involves developing, leading, and coaching employees, optimizing the fulfillment center, and ensuring compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) are within tolerance and comply with Spreetail Fulfillment Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide recommendations on equipment and technology optimization
• Lead Operations Managers and Area Managers
• Optimize freight flow throughout the facility
• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize FC processes
• Ensure proper labor planning for domestic and international inbound freight and on-time shipping
• Lead a positive and collaborative culture in a high-energy environment

Requirements

• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Proficient in Excel, plan forecasting, and analysis
• Process mapping and SOP documentation ability
• Scorecard and dashboard performance management
• Individual development plan management and ability to develop and promote entry-level talent
• 3-5 years of management or leadership experience
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. routinely
• Ability to stand for 95% of the workday
• Strong leadership, planning, communication (written and verbal) skills
• Flexibility to work some weekends and long hours during busy periods
