Job Description

Hudl is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a team defining the future of fan engagement products, including livestreaming, ticketing, advertising, and team engagement platforms. The role requires initiative, resilience, and a customer-first mindset, and will involve owning the fan engagement roadmap, leading continuous improvement, fostering transformation, advocating for the product, and managing cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own Hudl's fan engagement roadmap, creating a coherent product strategy and vision.
  • Work with leadership to connect product strategy to wider company strategy.
  • Determine success metrics for teams and products.
  • Collaborate across functions and departments to achieve success.
  • Improve delivery capability and enable team scaling.
  • Foster better collaboration between business units, challenging the status quo.
  • Lead Engineering and Design in balancing cost, timeline, and customer benefit.
  • Develop and support go-to-market plans with Marketing.
  • Establish mutual respect and trust with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and business needs.
  • Motivate and inspire team, release team, and other contributors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering or science).
  • More than five years of product management experience with a strong track record of shipping customer-facing software products.
  • Two or more years of experience managing a team of product managers.
  • Experience hiring key talent and coaching a high-performing team.
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company building streaming, ticketing, advertising, and/or engagement platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Cross-functional relationship management skills.
  • Experience tackling complexity and guiding teams to creative solutions.
  • Continuous learning and eagerness for new ideas.
  • Ability to balance customer needs with business goals.
  • Understanding of business models, forecasts, budgets.
