Job Description

Hudl is looking for a Group Product Manager to join our Fan team. You will lead a team to define the future of fan engagement products at Hudl, including livestreaming, ticketing, advertising, and team engagement platforms. The role requires initiative, resilience, and a customer-first mindset, and will involve owning the fan engagement roadmap, leading continuous improvement, fostering transformation, advocating for the product, and managing cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own Hudl's fan engagement roadmap
  • Work with leadership to create a coherent product strategy and vision
  • Determine success metrics for teams and products
  • Work across functions and departments to achieve success
  • Improve delivery capability and enable team scaling
  • Foster better collaboration between business units
  • Challenge the status quo when necessary
  • Lead Engineering and Design in balancing cost, timeline, and customer benefit
  • Develop and support go-to-market plans with Marketing
  • Establish mutual respect and trust with stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and business needs
  • Motivate and inspire your squad, release team, and others

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering or science)
  • More than five years of product management experience
  • Strong track record of shipping customer-facing software products
  • At least two years managing a team of product managers
  • Experience hiring key talent and coaching a high-performing team
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company building streaming, ticketing, advertising, or engagement platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Cross-functional relationship management skills
  • Experience tackling complexity and coaching teams to innovative solutions
  • Continuous learning and eagerness for new ideas
  • Experience building prototypes, testing, and evolving products
  • Ability to balance customer needs with business goals
  • Understanding of business models, forecasts, budgets
