Job Description

As the Transportation Integration Manager, you will lead the creation and transformation of mechanisms supporting ShipBob's expanding transportation network. You will lead cross-functional teams to create seamless experiences for internal teams and customers, working backward from merchant and shipper goals to define ShipBob's implementation strategy. This role requires identifying, leading, and creating processes with defined metrics, establishing ownership and reporting, and partnering with product and capacity planning teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support go-forward implementation strategy for ShipBob transportation (PoweredBy, WMS)
  • Own goals related to reducing launch timelines, revenue enablement, and time to carrier first scan
  • Define success for new shipper onboarding across teams
  • Establish standard work across teams to preserve customer experience and cost
  • Engage directly with Merchants to support integration efforts
  • Establish implementation and operations-focused business review cadence
  • Manage cross-functionally and across multiple levels
  • Perform deep dives for operations and transportation inquiries/escalations
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Project Management/Engineering
  • 3-4 years experience as a leader in an Operations or Transportation role
  • Solid understanding of transportation network design and cost structure
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment
  • History of success leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working directly with Sales and Product teams
  • Final mile parcel experience
