Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Salesforce environment. The role involves configuring and customizing Salesforce, implementing automation, supporting daily tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong Salesforce knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Salesforce for business needs (fields, layouts, reports, dashboards)
  • Design and implement automation for time-consuming tasks
  • Support daily Salesforce administration (user management, permissions, data maintenance)
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solutions
  • Create and maintain Salesforce documentation
  • Develop and conduct regular enablement sessions
  • Conduct system audits for data integrity
  • Assist with integrations, data imports/exports
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled systems
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices

Requirements

  • Understanding of Salesforce CRM and core features
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification or desire to obtain it
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, workflows, process automation tools
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party systems/apps
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools/processes
  • Excellent written communication skills (technical and non-technical)
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Basic project management skills
