As a Member Specialist, you'll handle fulfillment, shipping, member hospitality, and building upkeep. This is a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role supporting small business owners.
Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and organize inventory and delivery items
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with inventory audits, returns processing, and kitting
Track inbound/outbound shipments and escalate issues
Open and close the building following operational checklists
Maintain cleanliness and readiness across warehouse, kitchen, and shared spaces
Monitor the delivery dock and ensure smooth handoffs with drivers
Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve facility issues
Offer hands-on support with logistics tasks and suite upkeep
Engage with Members on the floor—answering questions and providing help
Triage member service requests and escalate when needed
Be an on-site ambassador for the Saltbox brand and experience
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable using tools like Slack, Gmail, and MacBooks
Physical stamina to bend, climb, and move inventory
Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer-facing roles
