Join Luna as a Partner Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle for health system partner clinics. The role requires a dynamic leader to ensure accurate billing, strong financial performance, and seamless collaboration between internal teams and partner stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle onboarding for MSA health system partners
• Oversee RCM performance for partner clinic visits
• Deliver monthly and ad hoc performance reports to partner stakeholders
• Generate and deliver financial reconciliation invoices
• Serve as the escalation point for RCM issues
• Maintain strong partner satisfaction
• Identify and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency
• Lead the RCM team and ensure compliance
• Act as the subject matter expert on partner-facing RCM activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing a team of at least 2-8 direct reports
• Deep understanding of healthcare billing, insurance payers, claims processes, and reimbursement
• Knowledge of Ambulatory vs. Hospital Outpatient billing
• Track record of success in partner- or client-facing roles
• Highly organized, with strong prioritization, accountability, and project management skills
• Adaptable, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
