Job Description

The Implementation Analyst at MeridianLink provides project management and configuration services to customers, leading the full implementation lifecycle of client deployments. They manage client expectations, meet timelines, and act as a liaison between clients and other MeridianLink departments, educating clients on software capabilities and communicating customer enhancement ideas to the product organization.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding MeridianLink's software and its capabilities to educate and provide best practice recommendations to clients
  • Leading client innovation and developing/implementing initiatives supporting client goals
  • Managing client onboarding activities, including core connectivity and third-party integrations
  • Facilitating interactions between clients and other MeridianLink departments
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the deployment cycle
  • Driving project resources toward completion while providing proactive and responsive client service
  • Adhering to project resources and timelines, organizing tasks to maximize productivity
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues before escalation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems
  • 5% - 10% travel
  • Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Effective presentation skills, comfortable speaking to groups remotely
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
