Job Description

Lyra Health is seeking a driven, strategic, and tech-savvy GTM Technology Manager to optimize systems, tools, and technologies supporting GTM teams. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM Ops, ensuring the tech stack accelerates business goals. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to drive efficiency, visibility, and alignment across teams, evaluating, implementing, and overseeing tools and processes supporting the GTM strategy. Responsibilities include owning the GTM tools strategy, managing vendor partners, budgets, and contracts, analyzing data, and building relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM technology tools strategy (CRM, sales engagement tools, reporting platforms).
  • Develop, oversee, and optimize the procurement process for GTM technology tools.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM Ops teams to align tools with business needs.
  • Evaluate new technologies and lead implementation projects.
  • Maintain data integrity and integration across systems.
  • Develop scalable processes for operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and improve cost and utilization efficiencies.
  • Develop processes for routine review of technology tools.
  • Support reporting and analytics efforts.
  • Develop and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations on technology utilization.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to GTM teams.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation.
  • Oversee cross-functional technology projects and tool implementations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for GTM technology strategy.
  • Collaborate with core GTM team members, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Use a data-driven approach to initiate, improve, and scale current GTM technology tools.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of demonstrated success in GTM Operations, marketing/sales operations, GTM systems management, or technology sourcing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years experience with key GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Nav).
  • Salesforce experience, including features, and knowledge of commonly used tools across go-to-market functions.
  • Analytical mindset with understanding of data flow, reporting, and systems integration.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent assessment and optimization of technology tool usage, effectiveness, and budget.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort facilitating meetings, presenting to leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Decisive, adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
  • Passion for process improvement and a proactive approach to problem solving.
