Job Description

Culture Amp is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and implement scalable solutions in their Salesforce CRM ecosystem. This hybrid role requires technical expertise and strong solution design capability, leading the design, implementation, and governance of solutions on the Salesforce platform. The architect will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring the Salesforce ecosystem aligns with enterprise architecture and supports critical business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end architectures across Salesforce Clouds and integrated systems
  • Lead complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
  • Build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools
  • Maintain architectural documentation and ensure scalable data models and secure design
  • Mentor developers and admins and enforce high development standards
  • Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and AppExchange tools
  • Define and implement QA standards and test strategies
  • Partner with business leaders to translate business objectives into system solutions
  • Analyze impacts and document solution designs and workflows
  • Define and enforce coding standards and CI/CD processes
  • Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring
  • Evaluate and recommend AppExchange and third-party solutions
  • Optimize platform performance, data hygiene, and compliance
  • Stay current with Salesforce innovations and introduce improvements

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
  • Understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, and governor limits
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools)
  • Track record of delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations
  • DevOps knowledge: Git, Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, and CI/CD best practices
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Salesforce certifications: System Architect and/or Application Architect required; Platform Developer II preferred
