Job Description

Culture Amp is seeking a North America-focused Lead Solutions Engineer to support new logo and existing customer sales teams with selling their Performance, Engagement, and People Analytics products. The role involves ensuring prospective customers understand the value of the platform through process discovery, best-practice consultation, and custom solution scoping, with a focus on the Enterprise segment (1000+ customers).

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex product demos in partnership with sales team members
  • Describe People Analytics and Performance best practices
  • Be an expert on the competition and how to deposition them
  • Deposition Engagement, People Analytics and Performance competitors within demos
  • Tailor demos and talk track around customer requirements against competition
  • Assist with pre-sales discovery meetings to understand prospect’s needs
  • Lead executive and technical presentations
  • Serve as a technical advisor and product expert for prospects
  • Help build technical documentation and enablement materials
  • Participate in the RFP pursuit process
  • Track product feature requests and meet with the Product team
  • Ensure the proper solution scope is built into plans for implementation

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in a Solutions Consulting or Solutions Engineering role in HR technology
  • Experience working directly with People Ops and HR teams
  • Strong experience with engagement, performance management, and people analytics processes
  • Ability to articulate the value of an employee experience platform
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role responsible for technical discussions
  • Ability to simplify complex technical problems
  • Effective in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams
  • Candidates must be in an Central-friendly timezone
