Job Description

Culture Amp is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in San Francisco. The Recruiter will work closely with leaders in the Go-To-Market and Corporate Practices, hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Corporate roles. They will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing top candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process, and creating meaningful candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-lifecycle recruiting for non-technical, US-based positions
• Manage a pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing and reviewing inbound resumes and referrals
• Partner with a global team of Talent Partners to share best practices, collaborate and learn from each other
• Participate in project work that aligns with interests and development goals

Requirements

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience with LinkedIn and an ATS (Greenhouse experience is a bonus)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Business Partnering experience
• Great organization and follow-up skills
• A hunger to learn and grow
