Job Description

Culture Amp is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Analyst to join their Revenue systems team to build solutions in their Salesforce CRM system and support business growth. The analyst will design, develop, and optimize the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Sales Cloud and related integrations, driving scalable and innovative solutions that support the growing business and evolving customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert for Salesforce, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
• Build custom components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate needs into actionable system and process solutions.
• Design and implement seamless integrations with external systems and automate key business processes.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance and ensure solutions meet data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Work closely with QA to develop test strategies and ensure solution reliability.
• Define and uphold coding standards, development best practices, and technical governance.
• Partner with Revenue Systems, Operations, and other teams to deliver scalable, automated solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations and introduce forward-thinking solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce technical analysis and solution design.
• Expert knowledge of Sales Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with platform integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and sharing rules.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, Application/System Architect) preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Passion for innovation, process improvement, and delivering value to the business.
