Job Description

Culture Amp is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, improve data-driven decision-making, and support go-to-market strategies across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, influencing business outcomes, and contributing to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to drive go-to-market initiatives and support revenue planning
  • Build dashboards and analyze data to uncover sales trends and drive actionable insights
  • Support strategic planning through territory design and target setting
  • Manage systems and data operations, including user access and ticket processing
  • Own documentation for key processes and systems, creating user guides
  • Manage sales support cases and provide issue troubleshooting

Requirements

  • 3+ years of success in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations roles at tech companies
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales productivity tools
  • Understanding of SaaS operations and best practices
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Process-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement
  • Attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and monitor pipeline health
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
