Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Corporate Training Manager to build a high-performing sales team. The role involves partnering with sales leadership to assess needs, design impactful training programs, and supercharge sales effectiveness and production. This hybrid role reports to the Director, L&D and is based in North Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leadership to onboard and train new team members
• Develop and deliver training programs using adult learning principles
• Oversee, update, and maintain training materials
• Design innovative marketing materials to promote development opportunities
• Prepare monthly/quarterly dashboards of results for management
• Manage the logistics of Learning and Development (L&D) learning deliverables

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating and delivering training programs for sales teams
• 6+ years of training and development experience
• 3+ years specifically focused on sales and sales leadership training
• Instructional design expertise
• Dynamic facilitation skills in virtual and in-person settings
• Proficiency in software applications like Confluence, Gong, Articulate, and G-Suite
• Knowledge of sales methods and theory
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment
• Proven project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
• Previous sales experience highly desired
