Job Description

JumpCloud is seeking a Software Engineer to join a product development team. The role involves participating in feature implementation, delivering high-quality software, collaborating with product managers and architects, and making key technology decisions to ensure designs are highly available, scalable, and performant.

Responsibilities

• Participate in feature implementation with a focus on backend services
• Deliver high quality software
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects and UX
• Partner with Architects and CloudOps to make key technology decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience with focus on backend services
• Experience developing SaaS applications in AWS, GCP or Azure
• Understanding of designing and implementing RESTful APIs and using them as integration points
• Experience working with distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
