Job Description

True Anomaly is seeking a Proposal and Capture Manager to join their Business Development team. This role involves championing the development and delivery of major proposals, partnering with stakeholders across the company's business lines and functional teams. The ideal candidate will manage RFP processes, triage new business opportunities, and build sales enablement materials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and delivery of major proposals
  • Partner with stakeholders across business lines and functional teams
  • Manage concurrent RFP processes for new customer contracts
  • Triage new incoming business opportunities
  • Build sales enablement materials for demos
  • Craft compelling materials to inform customers’ market research and acquisition strategies
  • Write technical narratives on cutting edge capabilities
  • Build and implement pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to close deals

Requirements

  • 7 - 15 years’ experience with the Government solicitation process
  • Experience leading complex, multi-hundred million dollar proposals to award
  • Experience managing and winning competitive POR-level U.S. Department of Defense solicitations
  • Experience in building process where none exists
  • Ability to clearly articulate information and build relationships
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Comfort working with diverse disciplines
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts accurately and persuasively
  • Demonstrated proposal management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of RFPs, proposals, and procurement
  • Effective design and visual communication skills
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision
