Job Description

As a Product Guide at Arc'teryx, you will be the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable experience to guests. You will share technical product knowledge, support problem-solving, and champion Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador. You will also support store tasks and projects as assigned by the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience by sharing product knowledge and problem-solving
• Build a strong understanding of products and weave information into guest interactions
• Champion Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community
• Support elevating the guest experience by working with the leadership team on projects and brand initiatives
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to help drive sales
• Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership
• Support and participate in various store tasks as assigned
• Answer store phones, respond to voicemails and emails, and respond on social media channels
• Utilize the Point-of-Sale system to process guest transactions
• Receive and unpack boxes for inventory as required
