Job Description

Otter is seeking a Customer Success Manager to engage and retain top customers, act as a strategic advisor, drive revenue generation through upselling, contribute to product evolution by providing customer feedback, and resolve customer escalations. The role involves managing a portfolio of high-value customers, ensuring their happiness, profitability, retention, and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Engagement & Retention: Prove value and coach restaurants.
  • Strategic advisor: Nurture relationships and solve problems.
  • Revenue Generation: Upsell top-tier customers.
  • Product Evolution: Translate customer feedback into product requests.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solver: Identify problems and propose solutions.
  • Customer escalations: Handle customer escalations.
  • Responsible for happiness, profitability, retention & expansion.
  • Drive engagement, retention and monetization of 100+ high-value customers

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in a client-facing role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills
