Job Description

The Global AP Coordinator will be responsible for managing accounts payable using accounting software, reviewing financial documents for accuracy, processing expense reports, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is part of an emerging shared services department in downtown Orlando, requiring a collaborative and adaptable individual.

Responsibilities

  • Managing accounts payable using accounting software
  • Reviewing financial documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Processing expense reports in online system
  • Prioritizing tasks and solving problems
  • Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience with Emburse/Chrome River or similar management solution software
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP software
  • Intermediate Excel and Outlook skills
  • Positive attitude and excited to be part of a developing team
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
