Lush is seeking a Part Time Sales Ambassador to provide exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. The Sales Ambassador will cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in both sales and operations, consistently surpassing daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce data.
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Educate customers on brand values.
  • Expand product knowledge.
  • Develop effective sales techniques.
  • Encourage open communication and teamwork.
  • Maintain store appearance.
  • Manage stock and inventory.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs
  • Experience with consultation-based customer service models (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills (preferred)
  • Experience working in a team environment (preferred)
  • Experience working in skincare or cosmetics (preferred)
  • Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training (preferred)
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages (preferred)
