Job Description

Checkr is seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to own and scale multi-channel programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth for Truework, a Checkr company. The role involves partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to execute integrated campaigns, focusing on high-performing channels like events, webinars, and field marketing, while also collaborating on broader initiatives such as partner marketing and direct mail.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end demand generation programs to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Plan, promote, and execute webinars and events aligned to buyer personas and funnel stages.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing & Sales on content and speaker strategy, outreach, and engagement.
  • Plan and execute strategic field marketing programs, including Regional VIP events, executive dinners, roadshows, and in-person meetups.
  • Manage direct mail campaigns and vendors.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to co-market joint solutions.
  • Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to track campaign performance across the funnel.
  • Partner with Sales to align on lead handoff process, and report on pipeline goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign budgets and ROI.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM to track and measure performance.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, event marketing, and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of success owning pipeline targets and meeting lead/opportunity goals
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and event management platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into action
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong written communication and creative thinking
  • Experience in residential mortgage banking, fintech and familiarity with ABM platforms, attribution modeling and pipeline reporting are a plus
