Job Description

Lumivero is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead the company's portfolio of research, decision, and experiential learning software solutions. This role involves scaling product marketing operations, guiding go-to-market (GTM) execution, and translating product strategy into high-impact initiatives that drive growth. The Director will manage a team of product marketing managers and collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and GTM outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operationalize GTM strategy across product lines
  • Partner with product management to manage roadmap communications and launch tracking
  • Coordinate and unify GTM playbooks and messaging frameworks
  • Lead and mentor a team of product marketers
  • Establish clear success metrics and agile workflows
  • Drive adoption of the Pragmatic Marketing Framework
  • Build and scale enablement strategy and content for sales and customer success teams
  • Develop standardized assets and training aligned to product launches
  • Manage product marketing for the experiential learning portfolio
  • Develop content and campaigns to drive awareness and retention
  • Serve as a key liaison between product, sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Collaborate with demand generation to translate product value into messaging

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within SaaS or data analytics
  • 3+ years managing high-performing teams
  • Proven track record of owning GTM strategy and execution
  • Direct experience as a product marketer
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement and buyer journey mapping
  • Expert communicator and strategic thinker
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics platforms
  • US-based with ET working hours (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the Pragmatic Marketing Framework (preferred)
  • Experience in the research, education, or data analytics industry (preferred)
