Aledade is seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as a Manager, Sales Effectiveness. In this role, you will serve as the go-to expert for planning, market insights, and strategic sales enablement. Acting as a key partner to our Growth team, you will provide best-in-class support to drive seller success—offering guidance, building collateral, and refining tools and systems that help communicate Aledade’s unique value proposition to independent practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize high-potential targets
• Act as the “quarterback” for Accountable Care Organization (ACO) restoration opportunities
• Conduct deep strategic analysis of ACO switcher opportunities
• Identify and shape high-impact, non-traditional growth opportunities
• Lead the identification, qualification, and prioritization of Independent Physician Association (IPA) targets
• Provide end-to-end support on deal execution
• Partner with the Marketing team to inform and refine segment-specific campaigns
• Help transform custom, high-impact content into standardized assets
• Manage the Aledade Advantage toolkit
• Ad Hoc Project Management

Requirements

• BS/BS Business/Economics or relevant field
• 8+ years of progressive work experience in sales oriented role
• Grasp of sales techniques and understanding of how primary care physician offices operate
• Ability to analyze situations and data and fine effective solutions
• Understanding requirements to address pain points
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and tasks simultaneously
• Ability to adapt and stay ahead of the market landscape
• Relationship building
• Ability to explain complex topics effectively and efficiently
• Knowledge of value-based care models, accountable care, and population health management
• Proven track record of success in business development
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment that requires wearing multiple hats
