Job Description

Cloudkitchens is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support a construction project manager by managing core project deliverables, assisting in planning and implementation of construction project schedules & budgets, and coordinating onsite activities. This role involves managing consultants, contractors, and vendors, reviewing pay applications, and ensuring project conformance.

Responsibilities

• Manage core project deliverables in terms of time, partnerships and quality
• Assist in the planning and implementation of construction project schedules & budgets
• Assist in the management of consultants, general contractors, sub-contractors and vendors
• Review and process general contractor pay applications for contract conformance on multiple projects
• Review and manage the flow of submittals pertaining to Owner furnished items
• Coordinate onsite sequencing and construction scheduling of utility companies
• Coordinate onsite sequencing and installation of Owner furnished equipment and facility turnover to operations
• Conduct administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, site visits and job walks
• Coordinate onsite due diligence activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of Construction project management experience
• Experience with Commercial Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, F&B
