Luna is seeking experienced and collaborative clinicians to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in Escondido, CA. This is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient's home, not typical home health. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes
• Automate documentation using Luna Auto-Charting
• Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app
• Match patients based on specialty and location
• Focus on patient care with no productivity standards
• Eliminate burnout and reclaim love for the profession

Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation
• 1+ years of experience
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS
