Job Description

Spring Health seeks a growth-minded Lifecycle Marketing Lead, D2C to own and optimize the end-to-end journey for direct-to-consumer (D2C) Spring members. This role involves developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement, appointment bookings, and long-term health outcomes, collaborating cross-functionally, and leading experimentation for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Build personalized, automated lifecycle journeys
  • Identify friction points and develop targeted messaging
  • Partner with Product and Data teams to create interventions
  • Own a test-and-learn roadmap
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests
  • Analyze data to improve touchpoint relevance
  • Collaborate with D2C Product, Data, Design, Engineering, and Clinical teams
  • Ensure messaging is empathetic and brand-aligned
  • Scale infrastructure and maintain operational excellence
  • Define and own key D2C lifecycle metrics
  • Track performance, uncover insights, and inform strategic decisions
  • Establish repeatable processes and ensure rigorous QA

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
  • Experience building and scaling multi-channel, automated marketing journeys for a D2C audience
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Iterable preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of behavioral and personalized marketing tactics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative and resourceful with a strong bias for action and testing
  • A genuine passion for mental health
