Job Description

The Marketing Operations Manager will support and optimize marketing processes, systems, and technologies to drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance overall marketing performance. They will be responsible for campaign execution, tech stack management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Administer and optimize marketing technology platforms
  • Manage integrations and data sync between marketing systems and Salesforce
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce
  • Own digital asset management systems and processes
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline processes
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures
  • Support various marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations
  • Experience with HubSpot and 6sense
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset
  • Familiarity with project management and digital asset management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
