Job Description

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Member Growth team. The role involves leveraging the end-to-end product design process to increase the number of people who utilize their Spring benefits, find the right care, and improve on Spring’s member platform. The designer will co-lead their pod, partnering with PMs, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to execute Spring’s product strategy through experiments and other investments to remove mental health barriers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand user problems stemming from activation, engagement, and retention focused business initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teammates to validate and solve problems
• Design solutions that test hypotheses and gain signals for further improvements
• Ship high quality work that improves the member’s experience
• Partner with design, product, engineering, data science, and marketing to create meaningful impacts
• Help everyone across the organization understand design decisions
• Combine empathy, curiosity, and inspiration to develop unique approaches

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating experience in a growth design role
• Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science
• Strong communication skills
• Team-player mindset
• Ability to give engineers guidelines
• Use qualitative and quantitative data along with experiments
• Comfortable taking risks
• Genuine interest in building accessible and inclusive products
• Expertise with Figma and prototyping
• Love for design
