Job Description

Spring Health is seeking an entrepreneurial VP to lead a new venture from inception. The role involves shaping the vision, defining strategy, and leading a cross-functional team, leveraging Spring Health's assets. The ideal candidate is a former founder or operator with product and execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and P&L for a new venture
• Develop the long-term vision and define short-term bets
• Build and lead a cross-functional team
• Work hands-on in early stages including customer discovery and prototyping
• Leverage Spring’s unique distribution and clinical infrastructure
• Drive alignment with executive stakeholders
• Define and measure success

Requirements

• Founded a company or led a 0→1 product or business line
• Background in product, design, or engineering
• 10+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Strategic thinking with an operator’s mindset
• Highly resourceful and action-biased
• Executive presence and crisp communication skills
• Deep alignment with our mission and passion for mental health innovation
