Job Description

The NA Emerging Enterprise Expansion Sr. Account Executive leads strategic business growth for current Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale customers across assigned territories, focusing on closing sales opportunities, ensuring renewals, driving expansion, and continual customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Close business and build relationships with existing accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service and identify expansion opportunities
  • Improve best practices for prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Create and maintain reliable forecasts
  • Demonstrate the value of the Lucid Suite
  • Develop a teamwork mentality
  • Meet team standards for activity and accountability

Requirements

  • 4+ years closing experience in tech/SaaS
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of success
  • Work in the South Jordan, UT office two days per week
