Job Description

Enterprise Account Executives (EAEs) lead strategic business growth for existing Lucid customers across assigned territories, identifying target markets, directing outbound prospecting, and closing sales opportunities. They collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure renewals, drive expansion, and maintain customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close business in assigned territory
  • Build a territory plan with focus on expansion, growth, and new opportunities
  • Foster strong relationships across target accounts
  • Handle complex negotiations
  • Consult and advise large, strategic customers
  • Work closely with and provide mentorship to assigned development rep
  • Travel when needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales closing experience in tech/SaaS
  • Based in the US Great Lakes/Midwest region
  • Proven track record of success
  • Sales experience in enterprise software
  • Ability to project manage complex sales cycles
  • Knowledge of cloud applications and complex SaaS solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Skilled in prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
