Job Description

Anduril Industries is seeking an Aircraft RF Systems Integration Engineer to create and maintain electrical system test strategies and plans for Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radio Frequency (RF) products. The role involves characterizing wireless communication systems, analyzing failures, conducting integration testing, and supporting field testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardware, software, and system validation, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electrical system test strategy and test plans
• Characterize wireless communication systems and devices
• Analyze and drive coverage and analysis of failures
• Perform integration testing of subassemblies and systems
• Facilitate electrical system performance, calibration, and environmental testing
• Develop and maintain test standards and equipment
• Support and perform field testing
• Leverage data analysis to reproduce and characterize failures
• Automate tests to enhance test coverage

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Skilled with test equipment
• Familiar with Linux applications
• Familiar with programming languages like Python or Matlab
• Strong root cause analysis skills
• Ability to travel to remote sites
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
