Job Description

Anduril Industries seeks an RF Integration Engineer to create and maintain electrical system test strategies for Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radio Frequency (RF) products. The role involves characterizing wireless communication systems, analyzing failures, conducting integration testing, facilitating performance and environmental testing, developing test equipment, supporting field testing, and automating tests. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardware, software, and system validation, a relevant degree, and proficiency with test equipment and programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electrical system test strategies and test plans
• Characterize wireless communication systems and devices
• Analyze and drive coverage and analysis of failures
• Perform integration testing of subassemblies and systems
• Facilitate electrical system performance, calibration, and environmental testing
• Develop and maintain test standards and equipment
• Support and perform field testing
• Leverage data analysis and existing tools to reproduce and characterize failures
• Automate tests to enhance test coverage and ensure reproducibility

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Skilled with test equipment
• Familiar with Linux applications
• Familiar with programming languages like Python or Matlab
• Strong root cause analysis skills
• Ability to travel to remote sites
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
