Job Description

Anduril Industries seeks a Security Engineer specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join the Information Security team. This role involves assessing security postures of acquisition targets, developing integration plans, and maintaining security standards. The position requires significant travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess security posture of acquisition targets
• Conduct security evaluations of potential targets
• Develop and implement security recommendations
• Design and execute integration plans
• Establish and maintain visibility across integrated systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Architect and implement defensive security controls

Requirements

• 50%+ travel required
• Knowledge of modern adversary tradecraft and mitigating controls
• 3+ years of experience with strong programming ability in general purpose languages
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code languages
• Experience conducting security architecture or design reviews
• Experience developing and implementing defensive controls around endpoint and SaaS applications
• Ability to work autonomously
• Participation in or support of incident response events
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
