Job Description

The Supplier Industrialization Engineer is a cross-functional position that enables the development and production flow of Anduril’s critical supply base, working with internal teams and suppliers to execute supply chain strategies to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage specific categories to execute supplier production strategies
• Be a force multiplier for the Supply Chain team and overall Category strategy
• Vet Suppliers' production capabilities
• Support Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) in ensuring Suppliers' understanding and adherence to the criteria for part quality
• Own bringing up new production tooling & lines
• Own capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-up at Supplier
• Establish and drive process performance and controls reviews at Supplier
• Identify and drive product and process improvements at Supplier sites
• Support SQE with root cause task force

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization
• Experience with specific category technical expertise
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
• Ability to relocate, if not already local
