Job Description

As part of the Counter Intrusion product operations team, your mission is to maintain the health of deployed Counter Intrusion technology. You will be responsible for identifying, triaging, escalating, and managing resolution of all incidents across our deployed fleet of systems.

Responsibilities

• Sustain Anduril’s Counter Intrusion deployments
• Triage, diagnose and root cause product incidents
• Assess and ratchet up the quality of the fleet’s observability and telemetry
• Develop fleet health reporting
• Interface with internal operations and product teams to identify and solve system or product reliability issues
• Support Anduril’s global customers
• Propose process and product improvements
• Perform maintenance on Anduril hardware

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a self-starter
• Strong aptitude for problem solving
• Proven ability to master a technical system
• Daily practice of excellence and rigor
• Confident with navigating ambiguity
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
