Job Description

Anduril Industries seeks a Director of SOCOM Business Development to lead and expand its Electromagnetic Warfare capabilities within US Special Operations Command. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and driving business growth, requiring a leader with experience in defense acquisitions and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven strategy within US Special Operations Command for Electromagnetic Warfare capabilities
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key SOCOM stakeholders
• Lead existing SOCOM programs within the Electromagnetic Warfare Business Line
• Foster a culture of trust, open communication, and continuous improvement
• Lead initiatives to improve business and financial performance
• Deliver on financial commitments and build strategic market growth initiatives

Requirements

• Active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management, acquisitions, or business development/sales capture in government or private sector
• Experience in shaping and capturing complex Command and Control hardware and software programs (preferred)
• Knowledge in defense acquisitions and government contracting (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to establish and use customer relationships with senior level officials
• Excellent writing and communication skills
